Fort Myers Mold Pros is a free quote and referral service. We connect Fort Myers and Lee County homeowners with Florida-licensed mold assessors and remediators. We do not perform mold work ourselves. This policy explains what information we collect, why, and who sees it.
Information you give us
When you fill out our free quote form, we collect what you choose to enter. That can include your name, phone number, email address, ZIP code, the type of mold help you need and any details you write about your home, such as where you see mold, roughly how big the area is, or recent leaks and storm damage. Only your name and phone number are required.
How the form is delivered
Form submissions are sent to us by email through a third-party form service. That service processes your submission so it can deliver it to our inbox, under its own privacy terms.
How we use and share your information
- To read your request and reply, usually the same day.
- To share your request with licensed local mold professionals who serve your area, so they can contact you with a quote.
- To answer follow-up questions you send us.
Once a mold professional receives your details, that company's use of them is governed by its own policies. Any work, price or agreement is between you and the company you choose to hire.
We do not sell your personal information. We don't rent or trade it to mailing lists or marketers, and we only share it as described above.
Cookies and analytics
Like most websites, this site and its hosting provider may use cookies and basic analytics to understand how visitors use the site, such as which pages are viewed and how people arrive. This information is used in aggregate to improve the site. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work without them. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address when a page loads.
How long we keep it
We keep quote requests only as long as needed to respond, connect you with local pros and keep reasonable business records.
Children
This site is meant for adult homeowners and is not directed to children under 13. We don't knowingly collect information from children.
Your choices
You can ask us to update or delete the information you sent, or to stop contacting you. To reach us, send a message through the quote form and say what you'd like us to do. You can learn more about us on our about page.
